War in the Untied States brings death, sadness, lose, mental and physical stress. But war can also bring victory and accomplishment to countrys.

War in many, many ways is sad and stressful. The thought of losing someone you love is unbearable for many people. War takes away loved ones and there's always that chance that they'll never come back. In Black Hawk Down, a man was about to go out to war, and before he left he tryed getting ahold of his wife. But she just missed him. To me this symbloizes her having him so close but yet so far away, and she could have talked to him. But then she would have had to say goodbye. The writter of this movie did not want a sad, tear jurking phone call right before he went out to battle. That would have made the soldier look week and needy. The soldier needed to look brave and fearless, leaving an "I love you" voicemail did just that, it showed he cared very much about his wife and kids, but also cared about winning this war and coming home. He gave his wife and kids hope and confidence by leaving a strong, loving voicemail. It is sad to think your dad or husbend may never come home agin, but that makes you stronger and more independent as a person. War is a building expierence that makes us bigger and stronger as a whole.

There was another instance in Black Hawk Down, when a soldier got shot in the leg and needed a main artery clamped to stop the bleeding. The strong hope and determinaton of the medic to save this young solider was so strong and powerful. You could tell he wasn't stopping untill he had the artery and clamped it. The young solider screamed in pain, but that didn't stop the medic he was determined to save this young boys life. War brings us together, and forms that speacial stong bond that is irriplaceable. That bond between mothers, fathers, soldiers and complete strangers that feel the same way about war is strong and unbreakable. But some times it's hard for people to connect and agree on a strong topic, such as war.

Many people say "Stay out of foreign affairs". The people that say that are scared, the affried to let go of the ones they love, there affried of dealth and all the finatial and mental stress it puts on there daily lives. Because of war the country goes into debt with itself and other countries. By getting out of this debt, prices raise all around the country and it becomes harder for people to live there daily lives. It gets harder for people to go out on weekends, or vactation. It's different when we're getting some where fighting over seas. But since we've been there for like YEARS and it feels like we really havn't accomplished much, it's very hard to be "ok" with the HIGH gas prices and high priced goods all around the country. We've spent BILLIONS of dollars on Iraq and where have we gotten? More dead young women and men. Yes we have had many mini vicortys but do they really over come all the big drops and down falls we've tooken? In my opinion we're digging ourselfs deeper and deeper into debt and it's going to take FOREVER to pay it all back. And years for Americans to recover from all the stress and sadness.
