            Consequences with a war can go all different ways, the good things that happen in war, the things that can go both ways with war, and the bad things that can happen in war.

            With war consequences can go the way that we want. If you think about it you need certain things in a war to have a victory. For example strength, strength can go so far in war. Strength can make someone feel better about there self, and others. I think that strength is a big part of a war because without it you would be lost and you might not last. Respect is another reason why you can a victory in war. If you have the respect to help others and save there lives you will most likely to get the respect back. I know I would have the respect to save some ones life over mine any day. With war you will find out who you really are and I think this is a good thing because you made a difference in someone's life or just the country. When times get hard in war you still have the positive attitude with going back out there and doing the job or what you were trained to do. This is very important because if you give up you will not go anywhere but the positive attitude you will get things done. Any honest soldier will tell you the same thing. Victory is very good when it comes to war but war can go both ways.

            Fighting a war can go both ways even though you only want a victory.  The biggest thing about war is the guns but sometimes you end losing them and the enemy takes them or if the gun runs out of bullets. This would be very hard to work with even if you had your heart and soul of winning. Guns can have a bad side to them but they can also help your side to have a victory. In the movie ‘Black Hawk Down' there is this scene where this mom is trying to save her kids lives and a solider runs in the house to save his life because the enemy is running after him with a gun and he is by his self. He is telling them to "shh" because he wants to attack the other guy. Then he goes around the outside and shots him. He saved his life and the families lives. He had the chance to say that he had a victory in his own way. Also when you're watching any war movie the music changes or no music to depressed music you either no something is going to happen even if it is bad or good. I would like for something good to happen but sometimes you don't always get whet you want. In the movie there is this guy that blames his self for another soldier's death but a different soldier tells him "that's just war, you can't control it." Sometimes this is what you get out of war even if you don't like it. With war going both ways there is also a bad side to war.

             War can be tough especially when there are so many bad things that can go wrong. The disadvantages of a war can be as little as you shooting a gun by your buddies ear and they go deaf. This would be very hard because you wouldn't know how to give them the right directions or how to keep the deaf person going. Another thing would be a guy's broken leg. You would want to keep going on but you would have to give up at some point. Which leads to my next point would be giving up. In the movie there is part where this guy says, "I can't go back out there" and this other guy says, "Everyone feels the same way." People seem to give up in a war because people think that they can't go on anymore and this makes a disadvantage towards war. There are so many more bad things that can happen in war. Seeing blood can bring failure out of people. You see the blood on the ground, floor, someone's helmet, and even from a wound. Sometimes you don't care what happens to you but deep down inside you really feel that you can't keep going out there. The general in the movie tried to cover up the blood but he seemed to be really upset with losing a lot of his solider. There are guns, helicopter, tanks, and so many more weapons.  A sad part of the movie is when the helicopters kept getting shot down and the fact the Americans couldn't get to the crash site. They tried there hardest to do there best and not to give up but sometime you can't keep going. War can be very difficult with all the bad things that can happen but you should always do what you were trained to do no matter what.

            War you know what is like and you still seem to go back out there. You have the respect of others, the strength, the feeling of you might lose, and giving up. Everyday in war you see people dying when you try to save there life over yours. You know what you want when you go to war but sometimes you don't get it. War can make some ones life up.
